Dear Members & Guests,
On Monday 3rd June it was my privilege to present and discuss our club’s impending renovation plans to all members in an open discovery session which included a robust and insightful question and answer session.
I was delighted at the overwhelming support from our nearest and dearest members that attended the evening. Now after several years of deliberation and planning, construction shall begin in mid-July.
Much planning has gone into how we cohabitate with construction. We anticipate 58 weeks of works and renovation however our club shall remain open 100% of the time during this process. Our food, beverage and entertainment services shall also remain in constant operation during the entire build.
Stage one will sees the construction of new additions to the north, including ground floor and upstairs areas, pro shop, junior golf academy, grand entrance, and revamped bar area. During this phase the main clubhouse will operate as normal.
Stage 2 sees the renovation of the old building and the opening of the new addition for all our members and visitors to enjoy. Full completion and acquittal is anticipated in October 2025.
This is a momentous time for our club with generational change that will not only enhance our club’s position as the social hub of our community but improve facilities to match our 2 championship golf courses and bowling greens.
